Hello, i would like to report a bug: dont know if you noticed it already, probably yes, but there is a food, the Mushroom Pizza, which gives 50 expertise and 40 condition damage, that is buggy, it gives actually 50% of condi duration, 1% per point instead of 50 expertise. Hope it can be of help!

Hello, I would like to suggest a thing about the Mighty/Malign etc. +9 Agony Infusions. It would be really nice to give the possibility to change their statistics at the Mystic Forge since they are expansive to make, or it takes time if a person doesn’t want to spend money on them. So if a player wants to change his Agony set for another character i think he/she should have the possibility to do it. Furthermore, you should add aswell a verification message before buying them like " Are you sure you want to buy this … +9 Agony Infusion? "Because it just happened to me to buy the wrong one by mistake. I think these small things would be appreciated by many players!

To the devs, why didn’t you just remove the seaweed salad then? What’s the point of keeping it… i made several tries at golem with salad and with other food.. can barely notice any difference, if not stressing less with rotation, but now it’s already late, people like me already have seaweed salad syndrom xD So if you decided it’s bad for people’s health, just remove it from the game and amen! explanations please <.<

Hello, are the Permanent Access items ( hair contract, bank access etc.) still droppable through black lion chests? And will the Trick or Treats bags will be removed from black lion chests as Halloween ends? Thanks in advance!

It waas just a bad idea x_x I will never face the RNG gods anymore, they are clearly evil. Still disappointed but wanted to give it a try. Anyway from videos the infusion has a bad visual effect that i dislike a lot, you can see a sort of line separating the aura from the ground wich i hop will be fixed as it looks quite annoying from the owner point of view. Overall was bad ok, but in the end i got over 1k from selling Candy Corn Cobs and the old infusions and i got my MF boosted from 200% to 260% which is not that bad… I have to find a good thing about this or i just feel bad xD

Hello, I just spent litterlly 10 hours nostop opening an insane amount of ToT bags, about 60k bags or more considering the others opened in the previous days and of course I didn’t see the Phospholuminescent Infusion, did you lower the drop rate or what? It’s not fun at all, as the first day after 2 hours there were already 3 Infusions at TP. For me this is totally insane, i was really hoping to get it if i opened so many bags but nothing…I’m very disappointed

Has anyone else had horrible return rates doing this recently, before anyone starts shouting its RNG, im aware of the RNG aspect of it, but tonight I just did 18 × 10 clover recipe, and I got 10 clovers.

That’s less than 10% return rate, that’s beyond bad RNG,

Can we please have a dedicated recipe for making clovers, every other mat for a legendary can be farmed bar these, yes I am aware that they where added to the GoB track, and you can get 2 from other tracks and a 7 from a few, but I still think we need a dedicated recipe for these.

I just made 70 clovers out of 50x tries, exactly 500 of each material, this is not possible at all! I am so upset, i farm all the day, i’ll quit this game if it’s gonna happen again. This is my 6th legedary and i never spent less then 300+ materials for every 77 clovers, but this time it made me mad. I don’t wanna be jerked around like this

It’s not possible that i spent exactly 500 obsidian shards 500 globs of ectoplasm 500 mystic coin and 500 mystic crystal to have 70 kitten clover! are you kidding me? I spend many hours per day farming, i feel just that they are taking joke of me, i can barely be polite. Do something about it jesus

This is an update to the situation where soulbound items have been incorrectly soulbound to the wrong characters. After further investigation we’ve determined that there is damage to almost all character records that were played this morning, not just to those who transferred soulbound items to or from a bank. To repair the damage, we will have to roll back the state of the game and characters to prior to this morning’s release.

No one wants to lose a play session’s progress. We apologize for this. I’m sure you’ll also have questions about exactly what a rollback means to you. The general answer is that everything about the game state, including things like trading post transactions, will be restored to how it was prior to this morning’s release. The only unusual case will be that if you purchased the game or purchased gems this morning, you’ll still get your purchase.

The process of rolling back and then validating everything to bring the game back up will take hours. We’ll keep you updated. There will be a period of time when these forums will be unavailable, but we’ll post updates through other channels.

Hello, during that time I was probably in the process of crafting a legendary that i then finished around 5 gmt? . I made several purchases at the TP to make the gifts etc. What is going to happen? I am mostly worried if I would have to recraft the mystic clovers at the forge. Thanks in advance!

As we previously posted, today’s release unfortunately contained a bug that damaged character records, and in response we’ve taken down the game servers and are in the process of rolling back the state of the game to where it was before the release.

We shut down the game servers at approximately 11:30 am PDT (18:30 GMT), and we’re rolling back the game state to 9:10 am PDT (16:10 GMT), so there’s a 2h 20m window where all changes to the game are being rolled back. Here are the details for what will happen to various changes made during that window.

If you created a new account during that time period, you’ll have to create it again. If you changed an account, for example changing your password or applying two-factor authentication, you’ll have to redo that change. If the customer support team changed your account for you, for example restoring it to you, they’ll redo that change over the next 24 hours.

If you purchased the game on an existing account, we’ll restore your purchase. If you purchased the game on a newly created account, you’ll need to recreate your account. We’ll contact you so we can restore your purchase after you have recreated your account.

If you purchased gems, we’ll restore the gems. If you purchased an item using gems, that purchase will be rolled back, and you’ll have your gems back. You can purchase again. If you purchased a sale item that’s no longer on sale, you can purchase again, then contact customer support for a refund of the difference between the current price and the sale price.

All in-game transactions are being rolled back, including transactions through the currency exchange, trading post, guild bank, and in-game mail. The trading post will come back online after the rest of the game does, and with buy and sell offers back where they were prior to this morning’s release.

Character progress made during the affected time period is being rolled back. If you had an extreme situation, for example you got a precursor from the mystic forge and then had that rolled back, contact our customer support team and we’ll try to help you.
