Yeah I’ve been out in SW for 30h+ (work eats up a lot of time) I haven’t found one, but I just can’t grind anymore. I can’t take it. For my sanity I have to stop and do PvP or map completion.

When you have the timings of the events down to the point that you can tag silver/gold in about 8-12 per 10m, then I think I’ve been out here to long. </rambling>

Still getting the Mysterious Grubby Package, really want to stop getting it as I finished the achievement during Wintersday.

Really not confused, I’ll get you a screen shot next time it comes up.

World bosses and some other events do have guaranteed rare or higher, sometime the grubby package takes their place.
As fair as completing the collection goes, I finished it during Wintersday.

So Wintersday is over and done, and I’m still getting the Mysterious Grubby Package from jumping puzzles and world bosses.

Anyone else getting this?
