The fact of the matter is, patch notes are for changes already taken place, NOT announcements!
This is a gigantic failure by the developers. Absolutely poor communication skills on their part. If I pulled something like this on my patch notes I would be out of a job.
They should learn from Blizzard’s change control process. And no, I don’t work for Blizzard.
