I still cannot buy gems after 6 days of waiting in the support line. Got no more than a simple copy+paste “we’re escalating your ticket.” Recieved no E-mail to prioritize my ticket, so therefore I am posting it here. I am really disappointed in how you treat your customers. Please resolve this issue soon as my credit card worked the first week of the game, then just all of a sudden stopped working – most likely due to your stupid fraud protection system. This is really putting a bad taste in my mouth for your company.

I’ve been waiting 9 days now to buy gems and have not gotten anymore than a simple “we’re transferring you response.” Obviously posting in the gem store thread was not enough. I honestly don’t know how you can treat your paying customers like this. Can someone please look at my ticket and get it resolved, giving me a 24 hour lift off of your stupid fraud list or something? That’s all I want, and I’ve never had this stupid of a problem in my life.

Since Arenanet clearly isn’t answering anyone in the BIG gem store thread where hundreds of people are posting, I’m posting this. I’ve been trying to buy gems for the last 7 days, and have had it declined by their stupid fraud detection system. I was able to buy gems the first week of the game, then it just STOPPED working. I’ve put in a ticket about it and have gotten one useless answer saying their escalating the ticket. That was 4 days ago. Also, I’ve PMed Gaile/several a-net agents about this pleading them to help me/everyone else but they will not answer me. Hopefully by posting this I can get the answers me and so many people desperately want. It would be cool for Arenanet to even acknowledge the issue, instead of ignoring their whole community. Thanks.

They are still not even confirming it is a problem in their “game status update.” This is the biggest joke of a company I have ever come by. Of course my incident has yet to even be answered other than an automated response. Incident: 120904-009514

Same issue as everyone else. Cannot buy gems after I did first week of game. Issue still not resolved after 5 days, starting to lose my patience now. Definantly killed the gaming experience for me, especially seeing how bad their support is.

Having same problem buying gems as everyone else. Will not accept my credit card anymore after it did for the first week of the game.
EDIT: Literally just got a response back saying “they are escalating my ticket for further assistance.” Not to mention this is after waiting 4 days for even an initial response. This is really getting rediculous, many upset people out there.
My 12 digit incident number is 120904-009514. Purchase denied like everyone else.
