i understand his frustration but hacked tickets do get prioritized already and saying its older than what it really is doesnt help him gets his account back anyway rly hope it will get sorted for u soon just saying things like that doesnt make us more sympathetic nor will it help speed up the process of support sorting your problem

in what universe 3 days ago is 5 for u?i know u must be the only one that havent figured but your ticket number gives out the date it was created (i know oops right?)

i accepted the solution that was offered to me and now waiting support to apply it

error 122 means the account was fraudulently purchased by an unauthorised seller or similar to that(i got it too cause paypal reversed my payment without my knowledge)
so i bought a new serial key on the account im talking from, yesterday night they offered me a solution disable the serial key from the account im talking from and reissue a serial key for my error 122 account so solution is buy a new serial from an authorised seller (best is to buy from arenanet site) and ask them to apply it to your account with the error 122 now as for refunds about the old serial which was rendered useless your friend will have to speak with the ppl that selled it to him

im gonna take a guess since there is an appeal up not made by u that the person that did it done it accidentally so if u are being honest (not trying to offend u just alot of ppl say alot of things) then its propably a autorun autohit ban while he was afk , why would someone intentionally ban your account out of jealousy and then appeal against it just saying

your only chance is if the one that used your laptop didnt actually use a botting program but instead got banned because of the auto-hit function everyone’s talking about in the banned thread , have a gm look at it see if its another case of that else if your friend used a actual bot program or keyboard automation u dont stand a chance was it or not u the one that actually did it

my original account got disabled because paypal reversed the payment i made cause of some balance issues i wasnt aware of it till after i got error 122 and checked my mails

so basically paypal reversed my payment without my knowledge (wasnt checking e-mails was logged to gw2 all day) due to some paypal balance issues and my account started having error 122, now i bought a new serial its the account im talking from and i wonder if u will link my accounts so i dont miss my lv 80 character and all my work ill understand if u wont because it was a payment that reverted even if it was without my help but id like a response from someone if u will or not so i know to close ticket or not and not wait in vain ticket number is (120906-003683) tnx alot in advance
