The Fake Powerups' range needs to get nerfed

Let me say first that I really like the Sanctum Race, however, there’s one thing that ruins the whole thing a lot.
The Fake Powerups have ridiculously high range, and therefore you can’t avoid a lot of them unless you are really lucky and get stability all the time. What does it mean? The person, that gets just a little ahead of everyone else to the first spot early in the race roflstomps through, because there are no fake powerups in front of him for the rest of the race, and he slows everyone else just by spamming the fake powerups whereever he pleases (Especially the lightning platforms are completely unavoidable). This is coming from me, in the recent 7 races I’ve gotten to the first spot 6 times, and every time I’ve been ahead of the second person at LEAST 25 seconds. I’m the one winning here, and complain anyway, I just feel it’s not fair.
I’m okay with the effect of the fake powerup, but man, that range is INSANE.

Good FPS Rate?

anything over 60 your eyes can’t really track anyway so there’s no use.

One’s eyes can distinguish even 400 FPS, the thing is that most monitors render at 60Hz, which means it can render a maximum of 60 frames per second.

To the topic, I’m extremely sensitive and experienced person to framerates, with my 60Hz monitor, I’m able to see if the framerate even drops to 55. With the new GPU and CPU I got, I have most things except for shadows and sampling maxxed, and except for giant fights and Lion’s Arch it’s 99% of the time 60FPS. (With VSync turned on, obviously)
In the end, it depends on the person, if the person is comfortable with 30 FPS (looking at you, console players), it’s their own opinion.

I would prefer 60 FPS at all times by lowering the details a bit, than getting drops to 28 in cities. Just sayin’.
I’m running on an i5 3570K and a single GTX 660, and doing absolutely fine even in WvW on everything maxxed 1920×1200 including FXAA, except for medium shadows, that look almost completely the same anyway, because I notice drops even to as high as 55.

CPU – Core 2 Duo E7400 2.8GHz, OC to 3.4
RAM – 4GB (though only 3 is available to my 32bit XP because of my 1gig GPU, but GW2 uses max 1 GB anyway from what I’ve seen even when there’s lots of free memory space)
GPU – ATI Radeon HD 4870 1GB

This game is not optimized at all. It’s the only game I’ve had problems with in years, Skyrim runs fine, ME3 runs fine, Portal 2 runs fine, Dungeon Defenders runs fine, even that badly optimized game GTA IV runs fine for the most part, all of them at least on 1920×1200 4x AA high details or more, fine is what I call 45+ stable FPS. Guild Wars 2 somewhere does, somewhere else doesn’t. But the CPU load is 90-95% for the most part, while GPU load is 30-50%, where here it should be exactly the opposite (use GPU first, THEN the CPU for god’s sake).

Also, I get really weird stutter, mainly visible on the vistas, it happens even on 50+ stable FPS, which this video was captured with.

Lastly, the game crashes just whenever it decides to, the delays can be 5 minutes, but also 10 hours.
