Guild Wars 2

I wouldn’t mind a Waypoint Kit for the (Home) Instance. Just like the Nodes etc. that we now have in the (Home) Instance, but just adding a Waypoint for the lazy people like me.

Are there any uncontested Temples of Balthazar at the moment?

Though to add to the subject at hand,
While I do agree it’s a load of kitten to let some people in on info that an item which is useless now, will be useful next week and of high demand…. I want you all to put yourselves in that person’s shoes, there is -no- -way- that any of you would not take advantage of said information.

And I know there’ll be plenty of people that will be all pure and innocent about this ‘I totally wouldn’t because I know it’s wrong and not fair and blah blah blah’, it’s human nature to take advantage of a situation, and it is always unfair.

The only problem I really had in Obsidian Sanctum is that the guilds that do intend on killing players go for the stragglers, and while I understand that a kill is a kill, I don’t see the fun in steamrolling a single player that’s just trying to jump, rather than trying to kill a bigger group that also want to kill. I would think that a proper fight where you have both the chance of winning or losing would be more fun to fight. But that’s just me.

Another person has joined our ranks! We are now 4 people!

hahaha, still not a big group, but that’s ok, we’ve been having fun already, and we’ll be happy to see more people!

If you’re looking for a few people to just have fun with, or want to learn about the game without being called a noob, we’ll be looking forward to hearing from you!

Ok just to start off. There’s only a rule or two in this Guild. Just some things that shouldn’t need to be explained though: Don’t be a jerk to others in the Guild, just be helpful and kind, if you don’t agree with something then put your differences aside and continue your day as a happy person.
Now that we’re past this garbage, on we go to the explanation!

Ok, So, here’s all you need to know about us.

We’re on the world: Seafarer’s Rest.

We’re called the Ostrich Punchers Why? Because I like ostriches…well.. ok it was a bad name choice, but it’s fun so who cares. :P

So far there’s just 3 of us! Small guild right?
It started with my Brother and Myself, seeing as we aren’t the type to join a big guild with requirements.
And literally just yesterday a new player asked to join us, and he’s a cool guy too.

We’re without real rules or requirements, ‘Did you just start Guild Wars 2 yesterday?!’ Awesome! We want you! We’ll be happy to help you out with most things, just don’t expect us to be handing out bags of gold if you’re planning on coming along to mooch.

My brother and I like to do some of the larger world events together like the dragons (Claw of Jormag, Tequatl, Shatterer), the Jungle Wurm and others, so if you’re interested in joining in with us for those then we’d love to have you come along!

Together, my brother and I have built up enough Guild points for a decent amount of upgrades for the guild and we regularly put out bonus exp banners, bonus karma banners, magic find boost banners, etc. etc. and as we continue to play we’ll unlock more of those kinds of things, and we’ll definately let you know when and where we place the banners!

Other than that, I pretty much just a play for fun, I just like to relax with a bit of gaming and I am a pretty easy kind of person, so if you’re looking for a clan with no requirements, a relaxed atmosphere, and some friendly chat, feel free to whisper or mail me ingame.

The special animation doesn’t do the set justice in my opinion, I mean, c’mon, lighting? at least the other two have some sort of connection to what they are, magma/lava + rocks, water/vines + plants, random lightning +trees? It’d make sense if I was trying to burn the tree down I guess, btu then I’d get ash, no logs.

BUT UNLIKE YOUR LAVA PICK AND YOUR WATER SICKLE, MY LIGHTNING AXE WILL MAINTAIN IT’S PRISTINE QUALITY THROUGHOUT TIME AND SPACE. WHEN GUILD WARS 3 COMES ALONG, YOU’LL BE WALKING AROUND WITH YOUR HANDS EMPTY AND NOTHING TO GATHER WITH, WHILST I, I WILL BE RUNNING ALONG CHOPPING EVERY TREE I COME ACROSS WITH LIGHTNING.

Okay, I’m done.

But your trees will burn down if you strike them with lightning.. Only YOU can prevent forest fires.

I personally love making hideous characters, my Charr mesmer has eyes so small and covered with eyebrow fur that he literally has no eyes, hence his name ‘Eyeless Happyman’ the happy part is because I made all of his head/facial features as small as possible so he has very… unimpressive teeth and his mesmer mask makes him look cheerful, he looks like a big kitten. He’s adorable.

I made an Asura engineer just the other day, his name has nothing to do with his appearance in his case, but he has massive eyesockets and the tiniest eyes, with an afro and those ripped up ears he looks like he should have been abandoned at birth.

My Human thief has a very generic and normal look to her, since she was my 2nd character and I just wanted to have a level 80 thief, I didn’t get particularly creative with her.
My main character is a Sylvari ranger, called Old Ostrichface. He’s nothing special but I did my best to make him as green as possible.

I will make a Norn Necromancer later and I have plans to make it… not appealing to the eyes, but I’m not that far yet.
