If it’s for dungeons, then it’s pretty bad ( yeah ok you get a kitten if you write bad followed by as ) as support comes from other things than healing ( offensive support via might, fury and vuln stacking and defensive support via projectile reflection, for instance). For solo pve, you can go whatever, but you’d still have better results with another gear set.
Cheers for the reply, whats a good ele build for dungeons then? That’s probably what I’m most interested in atm.
Played GW2 a while back in 2012/13 as a cleric ele with a staff and it seemed to work alright in my group. Thinking of starting to play GW2 again casually and wondering if cleric ele is still a viable way to roll for pve, or do I have to respec?
There is a ‘game forgets password bug’. Refer to this thread about error 11 .
I’ve contacted support. They told me to delete the dat file and run a repair. I put the post in that thread. It didn’t work for another person with that problem but you can try it. If it fails, try updating your ticket and maybe put in a reference to that thread so they know what you are talking about.
By the way, do you have your serial code? If you do you can change your password without contacting support, which is much faster. A few minutes rather than a day or two.
Sorry, I forgot to mention that the recover account feature also results in an error, despite putting in the correct email, serial code, and character name. But thanks for the delting dat suggestion, I’ll try that and come back to say whether it has worked or not. It may also help to add that the problem I’m experiencing is not unique to the game client, it also “forgets” my password on the website aswell.
I have a rather problematic issue. I Have to constanly contact support to change my password for every log in. After a single use of a password, my account appears to “forget” it as it becomes invalid afterwards. Contacting support has only provides a temporary solution since they appear to only be able to give me password resets, but the real problem is I’m running out of passwords I’ll be able to remember so when/if the time comes when this problem is fixed, I fear I won’t be able to remember my password. So now I’m making this post to see whether anyone has a solution so that I don’t have to change passwords for every log in.
Can we get more armor sets/weapons which look good on Asura?
I mean, in my opinion the only light armor which looks remotely good on Asuras is the Arah and COF reward armor which feels pretty lacking. All the armor and weapons get a 100% fashion debuff when put on Asurans since they get shrunk down to size, which I think calls for some attention. Now, there’s a simple way to get around this problem – don’t have an Asura, but it isn’t that easy. My Asura is my babe, he was my first ever character and I love him deeply so much so I would choose him over my friend Steve, deleting and replacing him is out of the question. Therefore, I believe we should pimp out the Asuras to combat the fashion debuff by introducing new cosmetic armors which excel when being born by our small statured friends.
