I have a suggestion you might try: When on the character selection screen, adjust your performance settings. To do that go this route: Gear in upper left, then Options, then the Mountain, then Advanced Performance -> Settings Preset then choose the dropdown that sets “best performance.” That might help, and it’s an experiment that would just take a moment to try.

I cannot open the game. It goes to “Initializing” on the client, then immediately crashes.

Whenever I open the client, it goes to “initializing” and then suddenly crashes. Why?

I believe they made it so that outfits are now one-piece equipment items, so you have to wear the full set.

Is it possible to get a refund on these items? I kind of feel cheated, considering that none of these sets look very good on their own.

So I recently used the black lion armorsmith to make my old town clothes become outfits, but I ran into a problem. I used to have a phantom’s hood on my head, the witches outfit stuff on my body and legs, and the mad king’s stuff on my feet and hands. Is there a way I can do this with the outfit system? I have all my skins and outfits, but I want to mix and match outfit pieces.

I just wish that I could dye the glowing green bits.

I am not sure why you aren’t receiving mail, but when you complete a zone, you do get a letter just as you’ve shown in your screenshot. There is no ‘gift’ attached to the letter, though; your reward comes in the form of a ‘dancing’ chest in the lower right-hand corner of your screen.

Unless you deleted them, there should be letters pertaining to all the recent Living Story/World releases, as well. You may need to contact Customer Support: Top of page – Support. Good luck.

The screenshot is of the Lonar’s pass completion letter and I completed the Kessex Hills zone. I deleted most of my letters to show that my mailbox could fit more letters. I will try to contact support. Thanks for the advice

Hey Everyone,

So this weekend I log in and my friend tells me that he has sent me some stuff. I check my mailbox and the mail that he sent me is not there. We shrug it off, since it wasn’t anything important, but then I complete an area. Usually when you do this it will send you a message and a gift box to congratulate you, but this time, no message or gift box came. My mailbox is almost empty and I definitely have room for more, so then why am I not getting any mail? I’ve tried restarting and re-logging, but it hasn’t changed anything. If anyone could help I would be very happy.
