After 19 hours, ANet’s Support team is teaching me how to save my System Profile even when I have it attached to the ticket I have raised.

Too bad I am currently attempting to re-install the client but the server’s upload speed is horrible. I might get a chance to try the USER FIX in the near future when the install is complete.

Koga, they probably replied with steps telling you how to save the System Profile.

my support ticket got passed on to the Mac guys so hopefully they are working on something. I’d like it fixed now, but as long as its worked out before the event starts tomorrow I’ll be happy

Please keep us updated on the ticket status. I have raised one too but have not gotten a response yet.

I’ve got a similar problem, just that the screen isn’t black. When I launch the game after updating, everything on my screen turns a shade darker and I only see the cursor as an arrow/hand.
