You can’t buy the Ultimate in game, then you’d be buying gems with gems. That’s been there from the beginning, so it’s unrelated to the frauds.

I bought ultimate in-game and it worked like a charm, i just had to exit the game and then relog back and everything was delivered immediately to my account including gems.

I bought in game also. Have re logged several times. Patience is not my strongest virtue.

Same :/ I feel like I like its never going to come. I keep checking back and I still have 0 gems

I just bought HoT a few minutes ago. I’m worried that I might not get the gems at all. I will just log out and wait for awhile, maybe watch some anime or something to keep my mind off the stress ;(

If you don’t receive your gems after 72 hours (and you definitely purchased the Ultimate edition), I recommend you contact support to receive your gems.
