if i mystic forge it on a alt, will it be soulbound? ran out of skillpoints on my main after making 2 and a half legendarys :s

Honestly when that happens if am on my ranger what i do is i switch pets really quick to give myself haste and stomp them in half a second

4th times the charm i guess lol

cant seem to be able to pass FOTM lvl 4 did it 2 times now can some1 help me?
