Have seen this bug first reported over 2 months ago. Am currently unable to progress with story due to another bug which has been awaiting a fix for over a month (with several “promised” deadlines missed) – and am now unable to get completion here either.

I see talk of the halloween update containing the fix…. halloween has been and gone, yet the bug remains. It takes the piss, really. ANet’s promises clearly mean absolutely squat all. Utterly abysmal show…

I notice this was first reported over 2 months ago, and the issue is still there…… Given how I am unable to progress with my story (thanks to another bug which has also been awaiting a fix for over a month) Its especially frustrating not to be able to get area completion here…

There were multiple bugged events in the area I was in before this, too…. Its a pretty kitten piss poor show from ANet. This is the first, and will certainly be the last, time I buy anything from them. Its a great game, but with utterly abysmal support.

Had the same issues, there seem to be a few bugged quests in this zone, i recall at least 2 others :-/

So…. When world of warcraft experienced a large number of server crashes shortly after a patch, they gave all players unlimited “rested” experience for 2 days as a gesture to make up for the frustration and delay they had been caused….

What is ANet going to give us by way of a gesture? I mean, surely, they don’t expect people to sit tight for almost a month and then not give them ANYTHING for the (avoidable) trouble?…
