Guild Claiming Buffs in Home Borderland

I recently noticed that walking through keeps in WvW did not give the usual claiming buffs even though the keep was claimed by a guild that had full unlocks. I’m in blackgate and was on BGBL and noticed that the three keeps did not give the bonus, but when I moved to EBG, the keep there did give the bonus. I’ve attached some screenshots to illustrate this.

First screenshot is in blue keep in EBG (buff seen above skill bar).
Second screenshot is in Bay of BGBL (no buff seen above skill bar).
Third screenshot is in Garrison of BGBL (no buff seen above skill bar).
Fourth screenshot is in Hills of BGBL (no buff seen above skill bar).
Fifth screenshot is in NE tower of BGBL (no buff seen above skill bar). Also of note is that I am representing the guild that currently owned the tower and demonstrate that they do have claiming buffs unlocked.

Not gaining influence from daily member login

I’ve noticed since the update that my guild hasn’t been gaining influence from members logging in. Is this an intended removal or is this a bug?

A few tips for the final boss fight:

When the clockheart is winding up his cone attack, agony will tick on you. When it hits 3 agony, immediately dodge and you’ll evade his cone attack everytime. (Important to note that this rule of thumb is negated if condition removal is used while agony ticks are stacking).
Also, the AoE immobilize attack causes him to go to his invulnerable stage, so, just like the OP states, it is highly suggested you either evade or have a condition removal ready to get rid of the immobilize. You want to be mobile as soon as his invulnerable state hits to kite him to the holographic strikers.
And one last attack that the final boss has that the OP missed:
If you are within melee range, Clockheart can throw you over his shoulder. The attack isn’t that bothersome by itself, but it can lead to problems if he throws you 1) into the aforementioned cogs from hell or 2) into the center of the boss chamber that remains electrified the entire fight. It’s not a major concern for the fight, but it’s something that could end you quickly.

So what’s interesting about this achievement is that you don’t have to kill him first. You just have to kill him before you kill ALL of his crew. Therefore, you can kill off a good portion of his crew by pulling them away and then pull him out and kill him. At least, that’s how my team and I got the achievement.

I have also noted that the knockback is lacking whenever you level up, so I’m guessing that may be what was disabled. I guess it was too OP.

Some update, running around fireheart and so far found holograms that work as intended. Screenshot below.

I know with the update, some of the holograms spawn pirates instead of the usual minions. However, since the 2nd update today, I’ve found some holograms that do not spawn pirate and do not have the interact option. I’ve found these in a few zones (gendarren, frostgorge, wayfarer). I’ve attached a screenshot of one such hologram.

Server is Blackgate.
