When i first started playing GW2 i would be getting frequent errors like this one “Error 7:11:3:190:101” and it would disconnect every 15mins, i went back and fourth with my ISP and GW2 Support, and in the end neither could own up to the problem because the disconnecting issues were a problem with a route my ISP choose outside of it’s own tech support’s range. I believe the issue would have to of been escalated much higher, so i just gave up on wasting my time and decided to give one of these proxy services a try, and voila, all is good, no more problems.
www.pingzapper.com – this is the one i personally use, the trial disconnects you every hour but you can pay a couple bucks a month and get the full meal deal…worth it in my opinion.
If you’ve been getting connection problems, i strongly suggest this service or any other similar one.

They’re going to tell you to start a support ticket. And then they will tell you to download and run a GameAdvisor report. And then they will tell you to run Ping Plotter. And then nothing. The problem is clearly related to their servers connecting in certain regions…possibly being over loaded.
They need to see reports of the issues to use us as guinea pigs because they can’t just figure out they have load balancing issues.
I believe it’s the same as 7:11:3:189:101….I’m also getting the 190. Every 15-20mins, sometimes less, sometimes more.
Can we please get some information on how to resolve this ongoing issue… I’ve submitted a ticket but can you tell us what has ACTUALLY fixed the issue for most customers that have submitted tickets about this?

My game does the same thing. Every 10-20mins. Just bought it. I’m on Sea of Sorrows.
