Guild Wars 2

so idk if its just me or wat but i cant seems to download the files in the GW2 launching screen, like it starts to download the files but once it reaches 20% it stops. I’v check my internet and check if my drive is full or not.

for those people having the error problem, are you guys using mac? coz the mods told me that it is a mac problem so they suggested me to use window.
