I would like to know about the thieve changes. The changes to signet of agility seems like a nerf to the overall mobility in PvP, not the survivability. Is this intended? If yes, why?

Meaning the disappearance of idle animations in a patch in 2014, which was considered a “bug”.
The Topic is over 2 years old now, and it is no secret that many players would like to have them back. Gaile Gray promised in a response back then, that the animations will be back in the future. Apparently we have never had any new information since then. Is there any chance left this “bug” will be fixed someday?

I am also having those issues for days, especially tonight. I want to do PvP, but i cant because those constant lagspikes make it unplayable. Everything is working fine on my end, having absolutely low and constant pings in other games. Why is it such an issue for ANet though?
