Well, I submitted my ticket at last Sunday (6th august) and i just received the automatic mail right after i submitted it.

No further response until now. I don’t demand that the ticket is solved by now, but kind of feel like that I am not valued as customer. They could at least give a status update after 3 days, that it will take some more time or sth like this

we can’t complete any pvp related guild mission. We tried it with 3 to 5 ppl team in unranked modus several times. For example the mission to win one unranked or ranked match. We tried the following:

- start mission, then queue, then win -> not completed
- queue, start mission, then win -> not completed
- queue, get in the game, before game start start mission -> not completed

I guess we tried all possible scenarios with this. But it doesnt affect only the “win 1 unranked/ranked match”, it also affects every other pvp guild mission. Last week it worked.

And finally, yes we always used the correct mode for the mission type, conquest or stronghold.

I hope this can be fixed soon.

Sadly it is not:

Virtue of courage:

untraited: 75sec cd for AoE Aegis in 600 range
traited: 65sec cd for AoE Aegis, protection and self retalitation
traited with grand master: 65sec cd for AoE Aegis, protection, stability and self retalitation, stunbreak

So in best case you get a one time block, 3 low duration stacks of stability, useless retaliation and some protection on 65 seconds cd

If you dont trait it is totally useless, which applies to all virtues. So basically you are forced to take a specialisation to get any use out of your class mechanic. No other class needs to do this.

And yes, it is meant for all 3 gamemodes

Reducing the cd is just the first step, imo they need to get reworked overall

i think currently the cooldowns for virtues are just way to high at all. Therefor i suggest to change it. I’d change base cooldowns like:

-F1 25 ->20
-F2 50 ->40
-F3 75 ->60

The other possibility would that the virtues line has way more influence on the cooldowns. I’d atleast double the effect to 30% so we would get:

- F1 25 × 0,7 = 17,5 sec
- F2 50 × 0,7 = 35 sec
- F3 75 × 0,7 = 52,5sec

What do you think?

It’s not about getting help, i already used the official ways.

Short summary:

I am stuck in a pvp-match since 9th June. I immediatly opened a ticket at german support where they just told me problem is known and will be fixed. Weeks later it still wasn’t so I contacted the german community manager with no response at all.

So I went to the english forums and made a post in bug forum where i got an reply, that it’ll be reported to a dev. After few days where nothing happened again, I updated the topic stating that out. Then a moderator merged it into a “stuck in pve” -Thread:

I have no words for it, so I opened a ticket at english support, where they asked me some stuff and said, they need more time. Now 4 days later of hearing nothing at all, i received an email asking for my feedback on the support.

Do you really think, there is any feedback needed at all?

Sadly i already ordered HoT, otherwise i wouldn’t even consider it. I was always very statisfied with your support, but this – i have no words at all for it.

I am stuck in a pvp-Match since ~9th June

I opened a ticket at german support, but they just said, you are working on it. When will this be fixed? It really sucks to not be able to play one of the 3 modes of gw2.

I already saw this bug reported multiple times, but no solution that far..

Please fix it!

Got this Bug since 3 weeks now. “You are still in a matchup”

I can’t play unranked/ranked Games since then. Already contacted german support 3 weeks ago, but they couldn’t help.

Hopefully it will get fixed before HoT…

Once I heard a rumour rising up of the depth in orr, that germans tend to learn english in school. Add some luck and the spanish may be able to speak it aswell.

i am curious what happens in the following scenario:

If we stack might as a 5 party group with 3 guardians using empower i’d have like 25 stacks might for lets say 15 seconds ( we assume all guardians are 100% identically with equipment etc).

What happens if i get now 3 stacks of might for 20 seconds from a warrior’s shout?

i always thought that it means, that have now 25 stacks of might and after the 15seconds of empower exceed i have 3 stacks of might with 5 seconds duration left?!

What happens if i get 3 stacks for 8 seconds instead of those 3stacks / 20 second instead? Are those lower lasting stacks lost?

Hopefully someone can got into more detail about this mechanic here.
