Kudos for making HoT more accessible and player friendly. It’s a bit late for me as I grinded through it a few weeks ago. One thing though, I’m surprised ANET did not remove XP limiter for those that have earned full mastery on the four core HoT mastery lines. It kind of stinks that all I get are the loot and rewards when playing HoT and not the XP. Oh well, you can’t win them all.

++1! I think all three armor classes need more variety. So many darned skirt thingies for light and heavy are way annoying as well.

Speaking of the wee one, where is she in the game post HoT? (As an NPC)

Okey dokes, I’m in FA now. Just transferred in today due to Anet’s mysterious server opening. Maybe it’s a Black Friday event? If it were, I wish it were discounted! 1800’s a lot of gems – but i think this will be worth it… I just love the idea of a mesmer raid!

I have really, really had the worst luck this year with server moves. I’ve stayed marooned on Maguuma (not a bad place) to transfer back to BG, which was full, and now this Mes grouping occurs and FA becomes full and BG is now merely very full when now I’d prefer to join my fellow butterflappers in FA!!! Aaargh!

Is there some utility/website that tracks server fullness in real-time?

Oh wow, looks like I’m going to FA for this! I’ve been dreaming of this forever. I’ve only ever managed to muster a 5 person mezz havoc team. (And oh was the shattering a joy)

It’s ~ 8hrs to launch.. to create, make and launch are amongst the most difficult things to do – and you’re doing it.

GW2 was worth the wait -Thanks for the great game as it is and I’m looking forward to the next phase.

Well my spam idea has not worked. I’ve yet to get back to YB after a week. But from what I’m getting PM’d, reading in the forums and MOS, the T2 action has become lopsided with the exodus from BG to YB. That stinks since the best fights IMHO were in T2 before all of this happened. I merely popped down to Maguuma and T3 to figure out how it managed to rise from the ashes and get a little change from the same three server fight for umpteenth week.

T3’s been ok at best. Definitely not as much action as there was in T2 during prime EST before this whole event happened.

I’ll stay in T3 for the present as I’ve no desire to go back to T2 with the lopsided match-up.

Ugh this is terrible. I went to Maguuma to check out the Tier 3 action from Yak’s Bend 8 weeks ago. After 2 weeks, I had to leave the game for six weeks while traveling on biz and on my return, I find I can’t get back to YB! I guess I have to start spamming the world selection at different times to try to squeeze back in!

I can confirm the same issue is happening to me. I simply cannot buy 8000 gems. I read the OP’s post and did succeed in buying one batch of 4000 gems but the “unfortunately, an error…” message is invoked each time I try to buy a second set of 4000 gems.

I’d pay for the expansion. The content’s worth the money. (We did after all have to in GW1) These guys need to get paid for this great stuff! :-)

Aw shucks, you guys are on Maguuma…. I used to join EE on raids when you guys were on Blackgate and really enjoyed the runs and banter on Teamspeak. The website was really well done too. Alas, it was sad to see the guild go silent and we could have really benefited from EE’s competence in Season 2.

Congrats on your reforming and if I ever leave Blackgate, I might just have to consider going to Maggie.

Nice to see IoJ at ninth place and active in building their community. If you want a good server and community, IoJ’s a great place to be. I’d go back if I weren’t addicted to T1’s never ending action. :-)

Hi.. wow, just wandered on this post. This is a great idea. I’ve never really had a great experience in Arah since I’ve only ever been able to join inexeprienced groups. You all know what that means. So here’s my request to be added to the guild.

Profession: Mesmer
Gear: Exotic Armor + Ascended Amulets (I have 5 armor sets so can do most anything)
Traited: Very experirenced with WvW Shatter/Mantra builds. Can be anything needed for Arah.
Experience: Feeble attempts at all paths with inexperienced pickup groups.
Time: EST nights
Other: Experienced WvW Commander and good at playing with teams via TS/Vent. Will do what’s needed to be a student then leader of runs.

I’m eager to see the story arc of the dragons progress. All this “local” stuff is fun but I’d love to see more of the big story take place.
