I would like to suggest changing fractal weapons, i.e. give a token that can be redeemed for a skin like you’ve done for events.
It’s all very exciting receiving a fractal weapon but when you already have the skin affixed to your account it’s rather annoying since they drop very rarely and it’s a practically useless reward then.

Its happening to everyone I believe, constant complaints in map chat and guild chat.

I presume it’s a physical copy of the game he bought?

If that’s the case, wait for it to arrive and send it back whilst contacting amazon, just make sure it doesn’t get opened. Also it should be addressed to you and not your brother since Amazon makes you re-enter payment methods if you change the addressee.

Better yet, make your brother pay you back, and make sure he cannot access your Amazon again.
