Guild Wars 2

I’m the same as you got my Necro to 80 working on getting full map completion with her now but I’d like to get one of each profession to 80. I’ve started levelling a Ranger and Warrior to 80 but I get bored of playing them very quickly ~ 30min at a time. I just love how Necro’s can stand in the middle of a mob and be beat on for ages while you lay down Wells, Marks, and eat through their health bars with daggers and Death Shroud.

Necro still has a lot of bugs and the trait lines annoy me with not being able to make optimal builds. But it is still one of the best if not the best Profession, though I still need to try a Mesmer, Thief and Ele. I might try one of those next.

Attended/ No loot/ No mail

Spent 2.5 hours doing the Karka Event got kicked twice but managed to get back onto my overflow both times, as I was playing with my GF and just kept joining her when I got kicked. Played the event up to the Anceint Karka killed him and watched about half of the cinematic before getting kicked out of the game. Couldn’t log back in for over an hour after that. I got to watch my GF walk over to the chest and loot it but I was locked out of the game for over an hour and couldn’t get back in.

Funniest thing is I haven’t got the mail from Anet yet, so I guess I don’t qualify if the rumor’s of the script being finished are true. Since the Karka fiasco I’ve vowed to not by Gems again (was planning to spending £8.50 a month to help fund Anet but not anymore, I may in the distant future purchase some as a one off thing though). And I will be very wary of any future events.

This game promised a lot and delivered, but has in the past month alienated and angered a large portion of their player base and continues to do so, with nearly every patch they make.

Just hoping my server hasn’t completed the script yet.

Was disconnected too during the end cut scene after a 2.5 hour event. Was really disappointed to miss the chest. Even more so that my friend playing with me managed to stay connected and got their chest full of exotics and rares. Haven’t got an exotic yet.
