Same issue here and farmed crystals just to check. I actually did this HC on two other characters before the patch, so wondering if this has anything to do with why some can complete and others cannot? The problem for me is on my main, and the only one I intend to fully map unfortunately (and last item to get).

I didn’t really pay much attention to this title until about a month ago, and depending on your hardware, you can cut the time needed dramatically. I buy the alcohol with karma, but also have a mouse that has two buttons on the side I reassigned to “double click.” These are side by side, so with the mouse held down can run the top of a fingernail between the buttons. Interestingly, can drink them this way faster than buy them, but I agree the title is a bit much, as even this method is 200,000 clicks (buy & drink). Faigue is involved as well, so I just do 5-10 stacks on “karma spender” day, but this method can buy/drink a stack in about a minute or so, depending again on fatigue. Cuts the title time down to ~2 hours or so.
