What is the difference of using Oiled and the regular ones? I don’t get why its so friggin hard to make the Oiled stuff.

Can you guys help me make improvements on my guardian build? I intend to be a healer who can last long enough to contribute.

This is my Healing build, not to shabby in the armor department since its 3.2k and healing at 1.390k.

However, I did sacrifice attack at only 1.6K
