I loved the event! Keep up the good work!

I would really like to thank you for making this event. There were some lag and disconnect issues which you should work on. But now there is a lot raging on the forums that they missed it. But please don’t get discouraged by that. I really liked the point of unique one time events!

You announced it was a one time event and it should stay that way. Like in real life. If you miss it to bad. For example you can miss a party next door because you gotta work. But then again you always have a choice. You may just miss the party of your life and regret skipping work… i guess that’s how many people feel now. They missed something big (and i mean the rewards of course).

But for me and many other people i can truly say, that i have been part of something really unique. And because not everyone could participate made it unique. And that’s exactly the point!

So thank you for the event, the rewards and the privilege to brag in front of people who weren’t there

They are having server problems, so that may be the reason… try to check again in some time

Same problem here… never had any issues before. Think ANet servers cant handle the stress :/

1) Is a kitten annoying issue… i DC’t and couldn’t go back… lost 2 hours! Im really frustrated now

We had a different bug… The skill 4 for smashing seals didn’t show up on my screen at all, and sometimes disappeard from the others aswell making it impossible to complete the quest

Yep! I’m supposed to have fun playing the game, but cutting myself with a razor seems more fun then trying this tower again :P

Not everyone likes the same things, be happy there is enough to choose from to have some fun.

I have been through all these steps except 19 -_-…

Soloed as a 80 guardian with rare gear… Only tricky part is to clear the mobs one by one, before enganing him

No offence, but if the NPC’s are giving you trouble, you are doing something wrong…

Same here… just happened today. No “Activate the switch” option in the conversation when I click on the shrine. Had to restart the quest to make it work

I was begining to think that i was the only one having this issue since i can’t really find other threads about it… Guess not many people are doing low level areas with their characters, or doing it on their lvl 80 character so they don’t get XP anyway…

Perhaps i should clarify what exactly is wrong. This was what it used to be:

1. I go to a lvl 1-15 area with my lvl 40 character.
2. I complete a random event
3. Tooltip show i get 350xp
4. I check my XP bar and i get something between 1500-2K xp (something between 5-10% of the xp bar – i don’t remember the exact numbers but it was a lot…)

This is what happens now:
1. I go to a lvl 1-15 area with my lvl 45 character.
2. I complete a random event
3. Tooltip show i get 350xp
4. I check my XP bar and i get 350xp (around 1% of the xp bar)

Nevertheless it would be nice to get an answer if this is an intended change or really a bug?

There seems to be an issue with level scaling… a few days ago i was playing in a lvl 1-15 area, with my lvl 40 character, and i would get what you call “good xp”. Like around 1,5-2K for an event that normally rewards 450xp… i would also find stuff around my level…

But something has happend and now i only find very low level gear, and get normal very LOW xp… meaning its completly a waste of time to go to a lower zone.

Every other things work, my stats and level get scaled correctly, but the rewards are messed up
