Hi guys,
I’m not sure if this is a bug, or if it’s meant to happen, but:
I just transmuted a pair of boots on my elementalist, they were exotic. I wanted to transmute it so it had the stats of a green I found? Better stats, so naturally I wanted them xD
When I completed the transmute, the boots became a rare instead of staying exotic – is that because I transmuted an exotic with a masterwork, or is it a bug?

hello,
right now, it doesn’t seem as though i’m able to invite people to my guild? i am a general so i have the rights to, but when i try to invite someone, i get error 49? is this a bug or am i doing something wrong?
