So yeah, might be a stupid question, but why isn’t my Coleoptera shield recipe shown on my weaponsmith under “shields”?

I bought the recipe with another character but it’s account bound so shouldn’t be a problem?

I have weaponsmithing 405 (requires 400)?
I have all levels of crafting checked, so everything should show so it’s not just hidden.
I checked the recipe from a vendor and it says i already know it!

After todays update this personal story is still bugged. Clear the Beach of Undead -part is checked but still nothing happens. Patch notes said it should’ve been fixed.
