Nope, nothing to do with remembering a network. I can bypass Google Authentication completely and then log in with it or without at my leisure on any PC.
I don’t wish to post this exploit on here for all to see, but what I have discovered is a major security hole with the authentication that is used when logging into my account with Google Authentication enabled, I just discovered this today. I can bypass the Google Authentication prompt and login.
I have tested this numerous times and I’d like to contact someone from Anet in a forum that is more appropriate than here. I didn’t want to log a ticket since the personnel that deal in that area have proven in the past to reply with templates and this is something that needs viability and attention from someone senior.
I want better security, I have a YubiKey and I am keen to find a way of integrating this into my two way authentication login, does anyone know how and what the steps are please?
The Mobile Two-Factor Authentication is not prompting me when logging into both the game and forums. I have checked my security settings and the feature is enabled.
The Ghastly Shortbow acquired through the Ascalonian Catacombs Dungeon reward NPC (Historian Symon) at Lions Arch has a bug.
The texture that is meant to appear during the night doesn’t display once the weapon has been fired. If the weapon is replaced and then re-equipped the animation and texture re-appears, but then disappears once the above is repeated.
I was so focused on trying to get my characters name I never spared the time, I would really like to see an option to re-customize my character especially my Sylvari hair since it doesn’t glow!
I missed out on the glow as well, I can’t believe I missed it. I’d be very keen to be able to change my characters hair through the Black Lion Trading Company – whatever the cost!
