From what I’ve gathered from the SIW:
Temperature:
Hard drive- 42° C
Processor- 33° C
Graphics card- 40° C
Motherboard- 40° C – 50° C
Voltage:
Graphics card- 1.20V
Motherboard- 1.31V
I’m not sure if this is standard or if I even displayed that correctly, but this is what SIW is showing me.
Well I got this computer back in June, so its fairly new. Only main problem I had was I had to re-format it about 1 month ago because it had the problem of crashing constantly even when I wasn’t running a certain program.
This time however, the problem mainly seems to be with Guild Wars 2. I’m no expert with computers, but that’s my 2 cents about it.
I just got Norton Security Suite from my internet provider, (Comcast).
I’ve run scans on my computer checking for viruses and haven’t found any.
But, earlier today I ran a CCleaner scan for registry issues and fixed them all, would that help with what you are saying causing the issue?
I’m just confused on how I can play a game, then an hour later it just stops working. :/
1. Windows 7 (64-bit)
2. AMD Radeon HD 6700 Series
3. AMD FX-4100 Quad Core Processor
I’m directly wired into my router and don’t use wifi on this computer.
I was running Guild Wars 2 just fine earlier today, then my computer randomly decided to freeze up, then after that, GW2 stopped working, and now my league of legends doesn’t even open after the launcher.
I’m not sure what other information I can give you, but that is what I have. Thanks for helping.
I just tried running Starcraft 2 and League of Legends, both open and run fine. The issue only lies with Guild Wars 2.
When the game first came out I have had no issues downloading the client and playing when the servers first opened. Recently, however, my Guild Wars 2 crashed in the middle of me playing and I was forced to restart my computer. After I booted the computer up and click the icon to play GW2, nothing happened. It didn’t open the launcher, or even show that a process was running. After a while I decided to reinstall the client so I went to uninstall the game through the control panel, and it wouldn’t let me uninstall it either. When I clicked the “uninstall” button, it did nothing. Eventually I had to manually delete the folders from the C drive. However, when I’m installing the client, my computer will freeze up every time. It will go for about 3 minutes, then my computer will just freeze, and I’m forced to restart my computer again. Could you please lend me some assistance. Thanks.
