You need to go through a few other troubleshooting progressions. First you need to try a different mouse and see if it does that with a new mouse. Also sometimes if you have a specialized mouse with software, not just plug-and-play cheap mouses, the software will interact with games differently. It could be some weird settings in the control panel for the mouse software that screws things up on GW2 and not on other games. First narrow it down if it is all mice or just that specific one though, try multiple mice.

Common scam, a lot of random number picking. I wouldn’t sweat it, just make sure you are the one calling, not the one being called when you need tech support. Just troll um and they won’t call back.

Hey all I have owned Guild Wars 2 for years, playing on and off. Now I am doing the story mode(green quest line) and when the cinematics(cut scenes where people talk) come up I can read everything fine, but I cannot hear the voices. Like no sound at all. I am fairly good at fixing computer problems since it is my job, but this one has left me confounded. Of course I tried messing with every single sound settings, multiple times. I have the latest drivers on my computer, Guild Wars 2 was freshly installed again. Yet no sound in these cinematics when people are talking to each other. The English language is turned on, yes. I have read and troubleshooted to no avail. Any suggestions would be appreciated at this point, thank you all.
