I’m a power/crit spec and use two daggers; I was curious which of these two sigils is better? I had a guild mate tell me that accuracy was basically garbage and that I should go with strength for both. Any one know why this is or have thoughts on the matter?

Are you waiting for the clock face to get hit by the lightning and break open? Never had an issue myself.
Took me 2 hours and 80+ tries but it felt great to actually achieve something. Please disregard the current generation of entitled MMO’ers who want everything served up easy style in less than 15 minutes or they are going to quit and the game will be closed down because they left.
I am a human and the norn were big I will admit but most of them had fallen in the first 10 seconds or I could pause for 1 second (you can do this) and let them go by. Best advice I can give is this:
1) from the “start” avoid jumping on the first little cog you can jump right over it.
2) next little cog is also bypassable, saving some time.
3) take a second to line up the jump to the little block (you know the one I mean)
4) ramp to cog and cog to stairs always aim for the low side of the cog, it makes the jump easier.
5) After the leap of faith you are pretty much there, the rest is easy and you got time, move quickly but not recklessly.
6) Breathe.

Thank you for all the replies to my other post, I have decided to go 10 Spite, 30 Curses, 20 Death, 10 Blood. Just a few more questions:
1) given a 63% condition duration (hemophilia, lingering curses, 10 in spite) my bleeds will last 6.5 seconds. Unless I am wrong, power increases duration yes? With my trinkets and weapons do you think it will be enough to get my bleeds to 7 seconds (no + duration sigils) since the duration rounds down?
2) With 20 in Death Magic I was thinking of using Staff Mastery but since my build uses scepter/dagger mostly I thought about using Spiteful Vigor or Reaper’s Protection. Has anyone tried these and do they work well. I am curious how long the fear lasts.
3) What staff stats are good with this build? Should I just go power/prec/crit dmg or even try to get condition damage on it?
4) Does Sigil of Corruption on a staff stick with you when you swap or do you lose the stacks? Some folks are saying go with a minor sigil of corruption, why is that?

I have played a power/crit necro from the start but I am thinking about building a conditionmancer necro. After reading these forums I see a variety of answers so I wanted to get your input on the following:
1. Armor – precision, toughness, condition damage, what do you think?
2. Runes – 6/6 undead (seen all kinds of answers here, does the 6th ability use your toughness?)
3. Sigils – okay I was thinking superior earth on the scepter and superior agony on the dagger, is this good? Seen corruption and geomancy favored as well
4. Trinkets – go with Coral Orciblahblah jewelry? (stuff that has condition dmg)
5. Abilities – was thinking Blood is Power, Corrupt Boon, and maybe Well of Corruption (or Epidemic), thoughts?
6. Traits – was thinking 10 Spite (Reapers Might), 30 Curses (Hemo, Master of Corruption, Lingering Curse), where do I put the rest? I have seen alot of Death Magic (for the toughness I guess?) Not sure what to do here.
