Here’s my ranger who I’ve had since headstart. She was acting as extra storage space for well over a year, so I decided a little while ago to gear her up properly.
Posted this in the Asura thread already.
My latest level 80. Not sure if I’ll stick with this look yet, but I quite like it.
My latest level 80. Had a blast (Quite literally) leveling this guy. Not sure if I’m going to stick with this look, but it’ll do for now.
Excuse my poor screenshot taking skills. It’s a tad difficult to make out the colours of the armour.
I was hoping for a reaction like this; ideas to expand on my initial thought.
I definitely agree with the level requirement idea though. I’d never thought about the Ranger pets and world bosses.
Lets hear more ideas!
Hey guys,
I’ve got 100% world completion on 2 of my characters and have no intention of getting a legendary weapon any time soon. Even if I do, I doubt I’d ever find the patience to get more than one.
This got me thinking about the Gift of Exploration that you get for 100% world completion. Maybe it could have another use? Maybe you could use one on an alt character to automatically unlock all waypoints for them? No experience reward, just the waypoints.
I like having a lot of alts but I don’t like running to every single waypoint for each character. I haven’t thought this idea through fully, so there’s bound to be some glaring issue with this, but I thought I’d post it to see what you guys think of this.
Thanks.
Race: Human
Sex: Female
Profession: Thief
Armor set: Mixed. (Human T3 chest piece causing the problem)
Description: I haven’t provided the names of all my armour as this bug happens if only the chest piece, if my whole set is on or any combination involving the chest piece is on, which clearly shows that the chest piece is the issue. 3 very noticeable gaps appear in the side of my character. This problem has been happening for quite some time now, but I ignored it, hoping it’d be fixed. It’s getting quite distracting now.
Hey guys,
I’ve had the game since the headstart and I quickly got a character to level 80 with 100% map completion. I then stopped playing and only got back into it about 3 weeks ago. In that time I’ve got another character to level 80, so I have at least some knowledge about the game although I’ve only ever done a couple of dungeon runs (I know that can be important to some guilds).
Anywho, I did all that by myself as none of my friends really play the game but I’m now looking for a guild so I can actually do things with other players.
I’d prefer a guild that doesn’t require you to sign in every day, or try to force you to do all sorts of things because that’s just daft – real life should always come before a game. Saying that, I’m pretty good at signing in every day to at least do my dailies.
I’d like the guild to be fairly active and friendly, as a barren guild chat is never a fun thing.
I’m interested in doing almost all content, whether it’s main world PvE, dungeons (Would need some patient players as I learn them) and WvW. Other PvP would take some pushing as I’m not all that interested in it at all.
In summary:
- Fairly experienced player on Gunnar’s Hold server
- Want a decent size, active, laid back and friendly guild
- English speaking
- The less “demands” on players, the better
- Preferably no demanding what armour/weapons other players use
- Interested in both PvE and WvW
- Always willing to go help people with whatever
I’m in-game fairly often. Send me a whisper/mail anytime if you’d like to chat first and I’ll get back to you as soon as I can!
Thanks!
