Having exactly the same issue after upgrading from an HD Radeon 7970 at the weekend to a GTX 780ti OC. I have tried everything I can think of, downgrading drivers, removing other hardware, Bios update, chipset driver update, It only happens with GW2, any other game I can run with no problem whatsoever, I’ve even run some of the most intensive benchmarking tests to try & trip it up & nothing. Unigine Heaven benchmark on Ultra x8 AA, Furmark 15 mins burn in test, 3Dmark all tests, Skyrim on Ultra, not a single thing even made it hiccup, but log into Guild Wars 2 & within minutes it crashes, as many of you have said with no crash logs or anything pointing at any issue.

NVIDIA GeForce GTX 780 Ti (ZOTAC International) Latest drivers 344.60 released 4/11/14

Enermax Galaxy 1000w PSU
I will stick in a support ticket but I’m with everyone else on this it definitely seems like a GW2 issue.

There is a 5% listing fee which is taken when you list your item, there is also a further 10% selling fee that is taken once you have sold the item, this 10% is not shown anywhere & does catch a lot of people out… for a future note to make sure you make a profit remember to include the 15% Anet tax in you selling prices.

I had the same issue with this part of my story yesterday, I managed the 1st part of the story where the
Risen take Fort Trinity, but when you move on to take it back after getting the orb back & placing it in its cradle, that’s where the issues start
1: There is no fight in the central section despite a big green circle being there, the only way I found round this was to run around a bit & then go back to the Orb, this then triggered the next bit
2: Taking back the docks, this was going fine until I was downed, once I managed to rally I noticed all the Vigil fighting force had just vanished leaving my char & Trehearne to deal with about 40 Risen, & that’s 40 risen that just keep spawning in exactly the same place as soon as they where killed, this made it completely un-finishable.
It did however leave me with a huge bill for armour repairs, seeing as I’m not one to give up to easily
