thanks anet my guildy just log on today and ready to enjoy the new contents in game.
And all the bugs and confusion give a extremely bad experience for them and ensure they will leave the game.
guildy one said " you need to understand if we come to the new contents 1st time and suffering around, it just make me not wanna try it again… and i don’t even want to log in now"
Do you really using a design process to lunch your new products? or just selling new none working prototypes? We really need some co-design here instead of just keep creating ‘things’

The new update is amazing but …..As i am hoding about 80 Fotm pink rings…. how can we use them
again if it happend to you, you wont say like this. Do not say it like a sure thing. but thats the end of the story. I won’t waste time to explain anymore things. + do you think its not a problem of the UI if player do able to lost a expensive item like this.
Just go to check how GM help in Finalfantasy XI and WOW before you try to say something.

well thats the bug, if i know it will lost by lick the link i won’t link it at the 1st place.
2nd if i know it will lost by this bug i will sure take a screen shot before it lost in the invintory.
if this is happend on your charater you will not say something like that for sure lol.
but i wont blame lol. i am not that stupit to drop it back to the forge as the storm is an excotic, i only forge the yellows.
Hmmm this is really not the true storry, because i do know who got the same issue and get the item returned to him.
This is the copy of the basic advisor team’s answer.
Basically it says we sorry about the bug make you lost your item. But we can’t help anything. Because “we do not have the tool”!
But I know Anet has the “tool” because one of my friend got his lost item back.
So please help out.
So if you need a higher level advisor or a team leader to solve it out the problem please let them contact to me instead of just say “sorry” but do nothing.
I mean you should know how hard is the feeling that you got a precursed item out of the forge and just lost it from the bug right away.
AS the image proved i got my 1st precursed weapon “storm” from the forge about 20 min ago.
And I link it and check it in my invintory.
But after 5 min without doing anything its just gone! its no longer in the invintory anymore.
I did not sell it. did not sent it or destory it for sure but it just not shows in my invintory and totally gone from nowhere. Its no longer shows in my bag or bank.
Please solve this bug out for me. its a 170 gold item!

And this is Anet support team help out as follow: (one of my friend got same issue and Anet returned the ingame item for him, i dont know how can they give different answer to different individual player) and I mean because my friend got the item returned i Know anet has the "tools“ and Ability to solve it. it just the support adviser from the net dont have enough higher power to do that for me.
So please find a manager or high advicer to solve it out.
I mean A GM should not say that when you sea it’s a bug and a big bug like this. u make me lost a precursed item. And basically u just say " i know its a bug, but we not want to help out"
