adding my two cents for it being stuck in the same place for several days on IoJ.
it would be really nice if we could get some answers on this. it’s one of the most beloved events in this game. arenanet has always cared about about the happiness of the players, and the lack of communication on this is making me very concerned that they might start trending the other direction.
for me, it was “no worries”. i was helping a new player, and he kept thanking me. every time he thanked me, i said “no worries”.
interestingly, HE didn’t get suppressed, despite saying “ty” exactly as often as i said “no worries”. so clearly this is entirely random.
