i’m at a point where i don’t need tokens but lodestones more. has anyone gotten a core or lode from story mode such as COF before? and if they do, is it the same or lower drop rate as exp?

and how many sigils does it say. 100 or 250?

fender try just the GS blade + vial alone to see if they go together. cause if the blades + vial work, maybe mystic coin isn’t needed or maybe you need the 200 pt skill thing instead of the scroll. i remember theres already a exotic recipe that used the 200pt skill thing.

fender if its not ori hilt try any of the rare crafting non-tier materials like giant eye

volcanus could be a one off thing like immobulus, it’s a scepter but doesn’t require any ori scepter comps

here’s a thought regarding volcanus. it may not follow the same formulaic recipe as mists or or foefires of 3 same ingredients + ori component. its possible it may not require ori comp cause the mist and foefires weapons are from the same “family” that share the same visuals. where as volcanus is like the only firey weapon skill elementalists have, the other “elemental line” weapons are ice/bluish.

going with the mists weapons purple = ectos. i’ve tried every blue thing i can think of to fit with ori blades, glacial and corrupt stones, and none of them are compatible. these are the only gifts that doesn’t say “used to craft a legendary” on them. if anyone has any of them can you test to see if its compatible with ori GS blades and post here?

and linsey’s response says nothing regarding the possibly whether the DR system could affect salvaging. all she responded to are the initial rates.

well i believe theres either been a stealth DR system applied to ectos or it isn’t working unintended. always using mystic salvage kits for the past few weeks i’ve always salvaged rares in 20+ batches. i’ve salvaged over 800 rares and i’ve ALWAYs gotten 0.7-0.9 ectos per rare on average. swear i never hit below 0.7 i would have to be lucky to get 40+ ectos from 40 rares. . this morning i salvaged 50 rares that i bought overnight and got 47 ectos. then 3 hours later i salvaged a 30 batch and ended up with 15 ectos, 1 hour after that started another batch got 9 ectos opening from opening my first 17, then i just stopped cause cause i felt the same cold streak chill you notice when you notice the DR kicking in from mob loot

is there a greatsword named after jormag? until foefires essence or volcanus is discovered, i wouldn’t mind crafting a icey greatsword. and it looks way easier

if you guys really don’t mind the looking for clues for hours, the clues might be in malchors or orr since that is where you fight spectral weapons. looks like several people already looked through every inch of AC and haven’t found squat, those might be the only 2 places left. ..

has anyone tried using the dungeon gifts (not the 10g ones) at a 400 weaponsmith to see if its compatible with anything? the spectre lines of weapons might be like the same tier as destroyer weapons. like each weapon has the same base + you just change the ori parts. destroyer weapons are crafted at a 400 WS, so maybe these and weapons like volcanus too…

diff prob here. completed and path 2 of AC and got the 60 tokens i was supposed to get. couldn’t entered 2nd time. client froze 4 times in a row.
