This is still haven’t been fixed. I have gone back and took pictures to show what is happening. Picture one shows I have finished all requirements for the personal story. The second picture shows how I can walk up to Steelbane and have the option to talk to him, but he does not bring up a dialogue box.

I agree, I’ve been caught trying to find myself getting to an interest point on the map and not being able to find a way to get to it because it was in a cave which entrance was located far from the point of interest I was trying to get to. I wonder why they took it out… I would love if they added it back as well.

My Charr does this all the time. I love to run and jump, run and jump, but the screams are really weird and annoying. I get screams of a male going ARGGG! when I jump off of something a little bit higher than a normal jump. I just thought this was happening to every class.

So far I’ve retried this personal quest, but after defeating the guards, the champion, and the scorpion/spider, there is a cut scene of Steelbane and company moving into the arena. After that there should be one of Steelbane coming into the ring to fight, but it doesn’t show up. Instead, you just get stuck in the arena. Can’t move or open the doors and if you speak to Steelbane he really doesn’t say anything. I’ve watched a video on youtube for this quest and I’m supposed to defeat Steelbane to finish it. I am also a Charr ranger in the blood alliance at level 16. Help please?

Please you must find a way to fix this. Maybe letting us force the dialogue scene by talking to Steelblade would be nice.

Good idea, I didn’t think about that. I’ll have to sign in during the day when its most popular. I haven’t seen it go in overflow since many people are past this area already, but its worth a try. ^^

I have the same problem as well. It is so silly to be stuck on a personal story so low. The dialogue scene never shows up like it should. Can someone please look into this? It would be nice to find a way to pass this personal story. I am assuming since I don’t click on anyone that is why the dialogue scene isn’t showing up. Every personal story dialogue scene before this was when I talked to someone. The cutscene with Steelbane and his men run out into the arena and then I’m allowed to run around and talk to everyone, but it doesn’t show the dialogue scene needed to continue the story.

I’m stuck in the arena, can you please just let me talk to Steelbane to force the dialogue scene to occur? It seems to be skipping the scene and trapping me in the arena, I can’t continue my personal story because of this. Thanks. v.v

Yes, this seems like a common bug. It gets stuck at the 2/3 mark and no one can finish it then.

This skill point challenge is down in Anvil Rock as well. Please help fix this. ^^

It’s Time for a Promotion (level 4) Charr class.
After defeating Giant Devourer a cut scene shows Urvan Steelblade and his followers running into the arena. After that there is supposed to be a dialogue scene right before fighting Legionnaire Urvan Steelblade, but it never happens for me. I’m stuck in the arena unable to leave and unable to continue my personal story. Why am I not receiving this dialogue scene??

My female Charr makes real loud male screams when it falls to the ground, it is definitively not a sound a female would make. I jump around a lot and it does it every time it falls a little bit too hard. v.v Kinda gets annoying, but I can live with it.
