Advise is to go to a low lvl area(Yes u will get scaled down) and open presents. It is way safer and easier.

By doing this you help lower lvls get their gifts and save yourself some repair cost.

Be aware that I found 2 Presents in Plains of Ashford that released Level 31 toys, they destroyed my charr a level 7-12

it must be a bug, unless the recent updated changed it….

Just wondering if anyone had an issue with returning to waypoints in the Ascalonian Catacombs?

I found that if I died during a battle and was sent to a waypoint, I died once at the waypoint, rather than getting revived right away. Is this a bug or something else?

Guild Wars 2 Link/Unlink – Info Requested
Ticket Number: 120827-003725
Updated: 8/27/2012

I sent updated information Sept. 6, 2012
Received an email Sept 10, 2012 (4 days later) – indicating that the Ticket was closed – had to re-open, due to the fact that the account is no longer linked to the correct account, the current linked account now says ‘Undefined’

I have Re-opened the ticket, how long will it take to the GM, to update the information sent out Sept 6, 2012?

I have provided all of the requested information.

I checked the Support Page this afternoon regarding My Stuff and found that it was Closed, but no email was sent out to confirm that it was correctly linked.

and I just check in-game and none of my Achievements have been marked as completed, and went to the HoM and I still get the same message stating that I have nothing…

For those that are waiting for a response regarding how to fix an error in linking accounts, the below is what I recieved:

If you require assistance with accounts that were linked in error, please read on.

In order for us to be sure we are linking your Guild Wars 2 account to the correct Guild Wars account, please provide the following information:

— The account (login) name of your original Guild Wars account which has the desired Hall of Monuments.

— The account (login) name of your Guild Wars 2 account on which you want to receive the Hall of Monuments.

Please note:
1) If you neither of your Guild Wars or Guild Wars 2 accounts have been linked, be aware that you can now link them through our Guild Wars 2 account management site using the “Link Accounts” page located here: https://account.guildwars2.com/login.
2) We can only perform this service once. Once we manually link a Guild Wars account to a Guild Wars 2 account, it cannot be reversed.

In order to continue, we will need to verify some information about each of your accounts. Please provide as much of the following information as possible.

Original Guild Wars account information requested:
