Here you have some info about the guild I’m in! And yes, there is mostly people online all the time 180+ members. But we are not a WvW focused guild YET..

Hey my name is Mitzy, or you could call me Martin it is up to you.
RIOT – Righteous Idiots Order Tacos is currently recruiting active members. We are a friendly, hardcore teaching guild that focuses on dungeons. The majority of us are in Dragonbrand server. We have a small group of people that does FotM and PvP actively which also includes me. I run FotM 50 every day most likely.
We have some plans for the guild in the short future that I can not reveal yet, but it will be good stuff.
We also do a fair amount of guild missions (building up to do even more) we have a own Teamspeak 3 server (main) and a raid-call server (secondary).
We are aiming for mature members. We focus on building a good environment for you to learn, rage free non elitist environment. But at the same time we are hardcore having groups that focuses on speed and running meta (even though I would not call it speedclearing).
We have only one requirement of you, you need to rep once a week whilst an officer is online to take note. If you fail to rep once a week you will be kicked, if you stay inactive for too long you will be kicked.
Riot was founded in 2005, and used to be mainly a GW1 guild. Now we are split into GW1 and GW2.

Hello guys, I found this amazing spot that you can use when your tower/keep is being attacked. You can just sit there and wait for them to kill lord, sweep and then walk out of the tower. After that you can port a zerg in, or just solo the tower by yourself. Link shows you how it’s done!

Hello guys, I am just a littlebit overwhelmed by all the options in GW so I am here now to ask a few questions if you don’t mind taking a few minutes to answer. I’d appreciate it a lot!

Ok, so I am wondering what is the best way of making money. I don’t care how grindy, how boring it is.

Is it to join a dungeon guild and grind all dungeons every day for a few hours?
Doing 1.5hours of world bosses untill they don’t get profitable anymore?
Doing the mesmer vial of maize farm for max efficiency and profit?
Doing Silverwastes?

Things I can’t do is TP. TP drains all reasons I have for wanting to live, so I will stay away from flipping items since I feel it is such a long and exhausting road to walk. Same with crafting greatswords.

So what is your guys opinion and way of making good gold? What path should I stick with so I can eventually buy myself a little nice precursor?

Hello guys, so I am kinda new to PvP. I know the basics, strategy etc. But I am having trouble finding a professions that fits.

Right now I have only one toon that is built for pvp and that is my illusion mesmer.
I am running 26060 and some traits that makes my illusions beast. Basically, I can kill anyone fairly quick. But it gets a lot harder if they have aoe dmg or 2-3 of them are putting pressure on me.

So the problem I’m having in soloq is that I feel like I need a hybrid class that can do everything. There is always a teammate that don’t cap home, far, a teammate that isn’t holding node and so on.

And I am honestly confused about what class I should use. Some people say ‘’Go pure guardian bunker, other celestial ele, other engi, condi necro’’ and so on. Should I just go thief and gank all roamers to slow other team down, go bunker. I have no clue guys…

So my question is:

What should I do?
Do you have any good builds that is strong and useful?
What classes do you find the most fun?

Please elaborate further on your answer so I can get a full answer.

Hello guys, I am a GW1 veteran and played GW2 for a long time now and I’ve had about a 6-8 month break but I want to get back into it. But my problem is that I don’t find the game fun. I will explain:

In GW1, what I loved doing was getting on my Assassin or Ritualist and just farm stuff. Go farm ectos, or other valuable materials or selling items (similar to tp flipping). The atmosphere of the game itself I feel is so much stronger then GW2. Since there was events, parties during holidays and alot of other exciting stuff you could do during these times. You could farm everything, it was fun grinding. The dungeons is really hard which takes time and skill to master which is fun. You had Eotn the uprunner for GW2 that you could work with and so on. You basically always had something to work for.

In GW2, I feel like everything is just a slow grind and repetitive. You can’t grind dungeons or world bosses. You can’t farm off mobs for efficient money like in GW1. So then we basically just have WvW and PvP left. Yes, I do like it for a little bit. But it gets boring really fast.

So what I am hoping for is that, when HoT expansion pack comes out with the new profession and the other stuff. Everything will become fun and sparkly again. But until that time I need some help for what I can do.

So my question for you guys is:

What experience do you have with this problem?
Do you have any suggestions for what I can do?
Do you have any other tips or tricks that could help with my problem I’m having?

I just have a few questions since I have been trying to look around for the best answer but no luck with my search.

This is what I would like to achieve:
I would like to be able to kill small groups of enemies alone. (Basically want to be Chuck Norris) Since I am often playing the role of spotting enemies, giving out information of what is happening where. And doing small things to help the bigger picture.

What I would like to be able to do:
I would like to be able to kill few-small groups alone or survive and have a good escape abilities. I would like to take camps alone, take unmanned towers alone (not specially important but it would be nice), I would like to almost 100% take out any solo roamers. So what kind of player I find myself to be is this ‘’Lone Wolf’’ take camps, getting information for the zerg and people in our own towers and keeps.

So it would be nice if you can help me with:
Getting a build(s) for different situation(s).
Explaining why this is your choice in profession, build, weapon choice, runes and so on.

Just be as elaborate as you can, I do not know a lot of WvW.

Hello, my name is Mitzy. I’ve been playing a long time now on gw2. I haven’t really looked for a guild, I’ve been pugging. But even that is just hard work.

I am currently looking for a guild that is:
Experienced in Dungeon speed clearing.
Experienced in Fractals.
A guild who does World bosses from time to time.
A guild who generally does some Pve oriented stuff, living story, events, farming etc.

I am currently located on Borlis Pass US server.

I am also looking for a guild that have, and uses Teamspeak on a general basis.
I live in Norway so it is the UCT/GMT +2 timezone. But I am very active. Big portions of the day.
