I pre ordered Ultimate edition of Hearth of throns since day 1. Am I eligable for the level 80 boost?

I really want to know this before I start playing again.

I decided to play gw2 again as i stopped playing after two weeks from the game launch. I see that there is a lot of stuff changed and I read about the living story season 1 not being able to play it anymore. So is it useless to follow the story now? I mean, i can’t go back to living world 1 so It feels kind of pointless following the story or even kind of play it at all because i am missing so much content

Any ideas on this?

I hope they will send them again :/ i really want the items but i deleted my first character with it. please send them fast, i like the game but i didnt pay for something i can’t use.
