Dont you have any sense of humor? Its Anets way to give us a laugh! The ridiculous new player experience was dumbed down to such a level so it can firmly express the level of lack of effort new games require to play!

Ok Guys and Gals I got mine sorted out someone on the forums mentioned a vpn , all credits to that person so i went and got http://www.hotspotshield.com/ hotspotshield installed it let it run and started guildwars 2 it updated fine then I connected and disconnected and now my gw2 is working , hope this helps some of you

I was unable to download the last 2 files from the server for about 2 weeks now. Installing HSS made it work instantly.

No part contains information which lead to the problem being solved.

Part 3.7 doesnt not include a solution to the problem. Nor does any other part.

So, did anyone else figure out how to solve this?

So, any new tips on how to get past this? Nothing suggested in this and other threads helped. The connection works for a split second, downloads EXACTLY 161 KB, then speed drops to 0.

And i always thought it blocked all skills. Oh well….

It happens often enough that when i daze a thief, he goes stealth right after. I mean, shouldnt daze block use of skills or am i missing something?

Im nedw to necro, but the build seems like its too spread out. I wont cvomment on the traits as i dont yet know what all of them do, but you could certaly switch runes of undead for runes of krait for more bleedign duration.

Theyre up to date. The problem started right after the last update, so it probably has to be something with the client. No idea how through, i did repair my client and it didnt help.

I noticed that i see my characters after the game starts then they disappear after a second. After 10-20 seconds they appear again.

The game ran fine, without problems before the patch, but now the only thing i see are nametags and NPC icons. I attached a screenshot with the issue. I already repaired the client, so what else could be wrong?

How is it not? Which boon cant Null Field remove? Ive never seen a buff that it wasnt able to remove.

I think it’s rather absurd that it lasts 5 seconds and I have to trait it to last the actual stated duration. It should work as stated and last 10 seconds with the trait.

Theyll just lower the basic cooldowns to the “right” amount. Theyll never buff skills due to misspelling.

Nothing wrong with getting downed on mesmer. I actually do it on purpose sometimes so i can dish out even more damage.

Not dealing too much damage is not a problem. Standing around doing nothing is something completely different. Half of the story missions past 50 have bugged (?) NPCs that are playing the role of statue.

And lets not discuss missions where dozens of NPCs are designated to protect a hallway where I have to forward alone. But thats a completly different issue.

The balance of NPCs is rather horrible. Would be nice if they were more than just cannon fodder. What would make them even better is if they actually did something instead of just standing still looking how our army is getting slaughtered. Is the AI bugged, or are they ment to be a filler so the map doesnt feel so empty?

Ive recently discovered that many mobs are invincible. Its somehow connected with your and the targets position. Its weird.

How does not attacking for a second make him broken?

You use your chaos shield AND chaos storm at the same time?

On Aurora Glade were unable to get that skillpoint for days now. Somekind of machine is there at the point, but it doesnt do anything.
