I have had a ticket after ticket filed with generic responses each time or some person at arena net who just passes the buck repeatedly.

My game account TerrariaCow.7496 somehow became disassociated with my serial key and an old guild wars one account, this one somehow received said disassociated key and has now become my primary payed account as I have just discovered.

Upon logging in I have now found that I lost all my friends, money, characters and pets all because of your astonishing lack of professionalism and the way you practice business, which by the way is absolutely atrocious, from banning people for ………..swear words?? what are we in kindergarden?

You are prioritizing tickets of hacked accounts, passing the buck and outright ignoring people with legitimate concerns and questions seriously, get your butt in gear!

You had ample time to prepare for launch and you cant even keep your auction house running properly, keys are disappearing from accounts and the Chinese, Oh God the Chinese are having a field day stealing from your customers!!

There are obvious security holes on your end and you just don’t seem to care about them as far as public consensus goes based off what I have read in the forums thus far!!

You need: phone support – and for the love of God staff it with native English speakers
you need: chat support that actually works – and it needs to be staffed 24/7
you need: to seriously restructure your customer services department – because they suck
