i think a good amount is having this problem, i bought gems as well and lost 900, which i made a support ticket on. I havent recieved a answer on it aswell
i am still waiting on if i will get my 900 gems back that i lost on buying 3 dye packs and 1 mini’s pack, nothing on my support ticket at all from anet, i have a empty mailbox as well.
