Guild Wars 2

Hey All,

I’m coming back to GW2 after a long hiatus. I am starting a Ranger. I have seen alot of negative posts and was hoping someone could provide some positive feedback.

I’m looking for a build that will accomplish these requests:

1. I would like to use Longbow for my main weapon, and anything for secondary.
2. I would like the build to perform mainly for WvW but I would like to do some
dungeons as well.

I don’t care what the build focuses on as long as the above to requests are met. I do have some money from the last time I played so I should be able to gear myself out properly as well.

Hey All,

Been playing a S/P build since I hit 80. I am currently wearing full exotic beserker armor and weapons (No Runes and +5% damage sigils). It is a full Glass Canon build (30/30/0/0/10) and I hate it. I thought it would be fun to Intercept in WvWvW and burst down some stragglers, but it’s a very gimmicky build and I’m now looking for something with some more staying power.

Can anyone recommend me a build that I could still use with the gear above? Or should I cut my losses and switch to a Condition build and run D/D or P/D? After the nerf the build is even worse than before and with just over 11k hit points I am total fodder for opposing realms.

I’m looking for the whole build, including recommended traits, slot skills, gear, runes and sigils. I’ll figure out the playstyle from there.
