I crashed during the cinematics and was completely unable to start “Prologue: Rally to Maguuma.” So frustrating not being able to play new content at all. You would think this would be a priority fix. I have not heard anything on my ticket yet.

2 weeks after launch and I still can’t play any of the story. I left a prologue with a party member partially completed and I have no way of getting back in. I’ve done the other content, but hit a mastery wall I can’t surpass without doing story. If any dev knows if this is being looked at please let us know. I’m not the only one with this problem.

Having this exact problem. I can’t even progress past the prologue. I DCed when I was in the prologue and now it won’t let me restart it.

Amazing this is still not fixed. I crashed during the cinematic and am unable to start the prologue now as well. I cannot access any of the new content. I am hearing people complain that all they are getting in response to their ticket is “known issue and no estimated time of fix” Still awaiting response on mine.
