Thank you for understanding. What I am doing here is not the support process, it’s in addition to the support process, to try to help those who are posting. You get it, and I thank you for that. The team is working through the tickets as quickly as possible, and what I did — for my small contribution here — is pull those in a certain time block. That’s not to say others aren’t being handled.

This your having a laugh 30 case solved in 1 day and most of these are for cheaters that were using the Karma exploit, so they can go back and do the same. How many people you got working in support 1. If you need help e-mail me , Jesus i used to do more then that before dinner. Yet people who have done nothing wrong ,have to wait for weeks to get a look in. If it is true that 11,000 people were hacked and your only doing 30 people a day ,its going to be one hell of await

My ticket is running for 2 weeks now and still ticking

Honestly, I feel that I have a lot more faith in the support team. Now that I know they are doing it in chronological order, while taking care of support tickets for various other issues aside from account-related.

I was only concerned because I thought that they were only prioritizing hacked account tickets, and taking care of easy tickets on the side.

But now that I can see where I stand in the assistance, I am relieved.

I accidently activated my retail key to a brand new account, ( coltpython.1260 ) instead of my initial account (to which i activated my pre-order code).

i don’t want to start over my characters/server world/character names. All i want to do is transfer my Retail Key over from this mistakenly created account to my original account.

Ive already created a ticket but its been well over 7 days now with no reply. should take no more than 5 minutes. ive provided proof of everything in my ticket as well.

my boyfriend is having the same problem.

same code with different e-mail log ins.

to make it worse, gamestop gave us a different key to redeem digital deluxe items on the 5th… after we had a code for the same purchase since early august.

I have similar issues on my account that I prepurchased in late june or early july as well.

Seems like it is too easy to get accounts mixed up when registering.

there’s the right ticket.

The other one was one we created because it was taking a long time to get a response after we replied to the automated message.

We read that we aren’t to make more than one per issue now, though we’ll just stick with the original ticket and hope that it goes through.

Especially since creating new ones isn’t all that useful since they take less priority if more recently created.

Aside from my boyfriend’s account issues,

I played 3-day headstart on my account and reserved character names.

I was also prompted to re-register on 9/2 by the news in the game client because I was not able to log in.

I re-registered using the key from the physical copy I picked up from gamestop.

now I don’t have any of the characters from my other account, nor my hero’s band.

here is my support ticket. Says I logged it on 9/2 on my end.

He only bought one copy, but they created different accounts… none of which can be used.

His pre-release account with 3-day headstart characters is also unavailable and we’re afraid he might lose his character names.

That ticket was created today. You really need to be patient; this is not an old ticket by any stretch of the imagination.

the two accounts given to us from ‘one’ of the cd keys are ‘the shadowdove.2748’
and ‘the shadowdove.9710’

we still haven’t used the other cd key given to us for the ‘same account’.

it is 9/6 here and the issues have still been around since 9/2.

We appreciate the fact that you are keeping on top of the issues.

just trying to make a smooth transition from years of gw1 to gw2. .
So far, not so smooth.

My support ticket from 9/2: 120902-016895

I played beta/3-day headstart on a key I had bought for 60 dollars from gamestop.

on 9/2 I was prompted to re-register in order to keep playing.

I picked up my physical copy that day and used the key inside of the box to re-register.

Now I have an entirely different account and NONE of the characters I had made 3day pre-release.

I also have an entirely different account.

AND I don’t have my hero’s band or gw2 baseball cap from 3-day headstart.

My boyfriend isn’t able to even log in to the forums with the account we paid for, because it says he doesn’t have access. I’m posting his support ticket for him.

“I re-registered on 9/2, when told to, with the key I used to play 3-day headstart.

This, for some reason, gave me an entirely different account log in than the one I had previously used. Neither gives me access to the game, even though each told me that I had successfully registered my account.

on 9/5 gamestop gave me an entirely DIFFERENT key, which supposedly would give me my digital deluxe items.

I am afraid that , if I register another key, I will have to deal with having a third account. MY GREATEST FEAR is losing all of the progress I made on my 3-dayheadstart account, as well as the names of the characters I had hope to reserve.
