This is an FYI for the guild leader of SF in sbi. You guys have members who are trying to glitch into keeps. I saw a few incidents of the glitching by SF members at Langor keep in EB.

Actually I can tell you exactly what happened, I was there. There were a handful of us standing flush against the tower wall next to the door when a treb shell from your main keep hit us and the knockback effect pushed us inside the wall of the tower. At that point three of us were stuck inside the wall until we eventually managed to make it out using various skills; I, a mesmer, had to use my Main hand sword skill #3 on the keep door and swap with the clone which then put me inside the keep.

So there was no hacking, it was just a rare bug. Obviously they will want to get that fixed, but since the conditions for it to manifest require you to be directly next to a tower wall and then get hit by your enemies siege from the opposite side, it shouldn’t be very abuse-able.

This behavior has become very prevalent recently (honestly I never even noticed it before this week). Last night in the EB jumping puzzle for example, we witnessed at least 15 different people do this throughout the night. I find it strange that people’s egos are so fragile that they feel the need to resort to d/c’ing, in PvP you will die sometimes – that’s just the nature of the game.

I’ve been locked out of purchasing gems since Friday night. I was on a business trip Sun – Tues so I was hoping the issue with my account would be resolved when I got back. Unfortunately I just attempted to purchase gems again and got the “Card approval failed”.
I created a support ticket before I left but it’s since been closed (last email I have about it stated “I am escalating your ticket for further assistance. Once your ticket has been reviewed, someone will be in contact with you as soon as possible.”) and I never was contacted with a resolution/explanation. So I’ve created a new support ticket: 121031-002712

Card approval failed.

Nothing has managed to piss of me off at ANet quite like this. I want to spend my money when I want to spend my money, however much of it I wish to spend. When your automated system decides to block my NORMAL purchases for 24 hours I get quite aggravated (especially during a limited time event). This was not an issue a week ago, please get this crap fixed.

P.S. Also I called my bank to make sure and they are not blocking/rejecting/declining any of my transactions with NCsoft.
