That comment is irrelevant those that hopped onto SFR in one week where 4 full 20-30+ man raids the most competitive guilds of Piken square and more than capable of drastically turning the tide of battle compared to one 15 man raid in the same week to deso Afterlife.

You forget i am from Afterlife and fought alongside RG,ECL,sIN and BOON on Piken and apart from RG with their many travels we all sort of take pride in the fighting spirit we evolved from being the RP underdogs on Piken.

It is not a case of saying who is better im talking about a sheer numbers influx in a short time the four guilds to SFR where all large guild raids that coordinated a move together an influx of a few hundred organised players and not pugs onto one server within a few days to fight prime time will have a very drastic impact, in effect they can populate and hold entire bl all on their own.

so term bandwagon is defined by the time window guilds switch to some server,rather then the amount of them? i don’t understand what you’re saying,i really don’t.
SFR didn’t get more people with RG,ECL,sIN and BOON then Deso got with VOTF,GH,Afterlife and others. those guilds could hold a bl on their own also.

You make so many contradictions in your post that it is hard to know where to start. You say SFR is the “same old” server but then you go on to say it has changed. You say that SFR isnt a bandwagon server but then go on to berate ANet of the handling of the free transfers to medium pop servers (which turned SFR into a bandwagon server). You don’t need to have created a server intentionally for it to be a bandwagon server, thats why OSC and ECL are leaving (and why NOE left and why RIOT are now considering it I believe?)

SFR is not the same server we were a part of and we enjoyed our time on SFR, we also enjoyed our time on SoS when we were asked to go and assist in the EU timezone by two guilds who then went on to transfer the week we transferred to SoS so we stayed with the server until we weren’t getting good fights any-more. When we decided to come back we decided upon Deso for better fights since so many guilds had transferred to SFR.

As for not being in VoTF – I can assure you the feeling is very much mutual after you showed just how much respect you hold for a guild you were previously in. You know exactly what im talking about.

Rhino showed his opinion on why he wasnt enjoying SFR when we transferred off and it can be neither right or wrong since it was how he was feeling at the time and I must say most of us felt the same when we transferred.

Suffice to say we are enjoying Desolation, SFR isnt the same server it once was, people are dying and the world is still turning.

please stop spreading bullkitten information about guilds leaving SFR.
also,when ThUn,VOTF and god knows what other guilds joined Deso after Blacktide broke up and later on,didn’t that make Deso a “bandwagon” server?
you’re all quick about labeling SFR but don’t seem to understand that all servers in T1 got pretty much the same amount of people join them in last few months.
if we got SOOO many new players on our server we wouldn’t still be a mid/high server,we would be full like VZ and DESO ,don’t you think?
but yea,i always forget,Deso is a PVE server…we can totally see this now and last week where you suddenly have tons of new people in WvW. must have magically spawned there.

no, no and no. This morning we fought versus VcY+OPT+ others guilds, you can ask them (epic battle at SFR bay with trebs). We were equal numbers, i even had a whisp with a VcY members. They were 25-30 on SFR map, and a upT raidleader + SFR pug who took our bay while.

Please, come on the battleground before crafting numbers yourself

for all new recruits,Exterminatus is now running WvW events with RIOT for maximum effect. SFR is back in T1 and we’re looking for more soldiers to fight the enemy hordes.

We are Exterminatus. Our guild was forged in 2007 to destroy Order in Warhammer Online(WAR). Since then our guild has grown and evolved through MMO’s such as WAR, AION, Rift and SWTOR.

well there you have it. vizunah got a massive influx of players which reinforced their day,and more importanly,night crew. SFR on the other hand lost 2 major guilds,one of which was our only night crew.
why doesn’t js use the same recipe,you’re both french,circumstances should be the same?

we won 3 times in first 5 weeks against vizunah and we still thought it was boring.

reading comments left here people would get the idea that SFR is the only server with exclusively PVP players while all other servers have a large PVE community.
fact is,more players you have on a server,bigger the pool for recruiting new players for your guild is.
why anyone would feel there’s a larger % of PVE players on server A as opposed to server B is beyond me.
i guess SFR is immune to PVE,that’s the only conclusion i can get from reading this thread.
