Guild Wars 2

This has to be a bug. There’s no other rational explanation for it.

Just finished personal story and opened the bags since I didn’t know about this bug. I really hope we get reimbursed for this.

Just did it and got the same bug. Male, Human, Thief, lvl 62, solo, Whispers. Hope it’ll be fixed soon.
