Seriously. I just started playing this game again and I already get DCs all the time. Resetting my progress every 10 minutes or so. Shame that they still haven’t fixed this issue. I guess I won’t play this game anymore.

Since the latest patch this achievement is bugged. Even when I survived the last flying phase, the moment I land on the platform I lose my qualify buff. I did this 10 times already. It’s getting really annoying.

Update, in case someone has the same issue.

I fixed the problem by calling my ISP to switch from IPv6 back to IPv4. Seems to be a common issue with UPC.

And here’s the reply from ANet support:
“They tend to have issues when a program only runs with IP version 4, in the case of the Black Lions Trading Company browser uses only IP version 4, so if you don’t have this IP version it shows the error “net :: err_timed_out”. If you are unsure as to what IP version your ISP is using I suggest to contact them and ask them If you have both IP version 4 and IP version 6 or just the last one. If it’s only version 6 the Black Lions Trading Company wont work on this protocol and you will have to ask your ISP if they can provide you with IP version 4 in order to get the Black Lions Trading Company working correctly."

Constantly kicked out of personal story

If I am doing the personal story I will always kicked out half of the time out of the instance then I need to do it again.

The message I get is “The game client lost its connection to the server. Please wait a few minutes before restarting the client and try again.”

Tried it but I still get the error.

I think considering that it works on my Macbook it is safe to say that there shouldn’t be problems with the connection on my side. It is strange that it doesn’t work on my two Win8 machines. Anyway I’ve submitted a request for assistance.

It didn’t work. I did some test.

- I have a gaming rig and two laptops (One running Win8 and Macbook running OS X). On my gaming rig and on my laptop (Win8) I always get this message, but on my Macbook I can open the Trading post without problem.
- I tried disabling Windows Firewall and my antivirus but the result are the same. Still get the error message.

What else can I do?

Same here. But happened to me since yesterday. I get around every 20 minutes this.
