I submitted my ticket May 10th and on the 12th I got a reply saying it was in the queue, but it has been 6 days since with no updates.

I am just a little upset because I deleted an older character (it was only level 17) to use its name just to find out that the filter won’t let me use the name for a new one.

I have three characters with the word Llama in their names that I made at release, but now I can’t make a new character with the name. I am pretty sure it is because of the religious denotation of the word Lama with only one “l”.
